Audiological Science specialise in providing quality hearing care services in the UK, including but not limited to hearing assessments, wax removal, hearing aid fittings, maintenance and repairs. We supply hearing aids from leading worldwide hearing aid manufacturers, serving both NHS patients, and private patients at below market prices.
Our fully qualified clinicians are registered health professionals and are regulated by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
How we collect information from you
So we can provide you with our services, we need to process your personal data. We will collect data from you when:

If you purchase from us, your credit or debit card details are not held by us and will be processed by our payment service provider, who specialise in secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. All payment details are encrypted and your details will not be shared with any third party.
How we process and store your information
We only use the information you give us to provide you with hearing care, process any order you make and to provide you with aftercare. We treat all information in strict confidence and all information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain features or parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
